Mr. Vargas has over 37 years of international industry experience encompassing Transportation, Electronics, Semi-conductors and Defense. Mr. Vargas has successfully performed prior Company Executive level and Management level roles in the areas of Engineering, Quality, Project Management, Business Development, Supply Chain Management at such companies as GCS Inc, Bombardier, Advance Technical Systems, Siemens, Zword Inc. and Rabbit Semiconductor (Digi International). Mr. Vargas holds a degree in Mechanical Engineering, MBA in Operations and Executive Management. Certifications in TQM, Supply Chain Management, Project Management, Lean and Lean Six Sigma.
